Able to speak and write in English / Malay (Mandarin is an advantage) / 能够用多语进行口头和书面交流（会华语者更佳）
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email) / 具备基本的电脑技能（MS Word、Excel、电子邮件）
Self-motivated and target-driven / 积极主动，目标明确
Willing to learn and grow / 乐于学习和成长
Able to work independently and as a team / 能够独立工作，也能与团队协作
Positive attitude and good time management / 积极乐观，时间管理能力强
Possess own transport (added advantage) / 自备交通工具者更佳
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new sales leads / 识别并筛选新的潜在客户
Contact potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings / 通过电话、邮件和会议联系潜在客户
Build and maintain good customer relationships / 建立并维护良好的客户关系
Present the company's products and services / 展示公司产品和服务
Prepare quotations and proposals / 准备报价单和方案
Follow up on inquiries and close sales opportunities / 跟进客户咨询并促成销售机会
Achieve individual and team sales targets / 完成个人和团队销售目标
Update customer information and sales records / 更新客户信息和销售记录
Conduct basic market research / 进行基础市场调研
Work closely with the sales and marketing team / 与公司团队紧密合作
